Question High DPS/energy denial

Please tell me what to do with the necro's last skills, and if there is anything I can do to improve the monk builds.
It's based on the build mentioned in the " 'Fear Me!'+Famine based team " thread, except this has more energy denial, and substantially more pressure.
the sins can use fear me every 2 secs w/o infuriating heat (equivalent to -4.5 degen), and each second with it (-9 degen). With barbs, ootv, the vampiric weapon, and winnowing active, the sins have a dps of approx. 80-100 and gain 36 health every second. Shield of Absorption negates all but the 6-36 (depending on whether ootv is active) life stealing per second.
My guild is as active as a two toed sloth, so i was wondering if someone could also maybe test this...?

First, why dual shot on the Ranger? Use debilitating or savage IMO.

For the necro, Parasitic bond definitely. Otherwise, maybe rigor mortis and rip enchant? However, I don't really think that there are enough hexes that barbs and stuff are going to stick. You might want to try to get like, a E/N running water snares and a 11-12 specced OotV. Maybe throw in rip enchant to try and make up for no mirror? Enchants shouldn't be that much a problem with 3 exposes and 3 ddaggers though.

Dual shot can deal over 110 damage with order and on barbed foes. It's just for taking down monks and things faster.

Siphon speed has a recharge time of 5 and casting of 1. most hex removal spells have a recharge time of 12 and only remove one hex. if parasitic and siphon are covering barbs, it will probably stick. but you do have a point in that i should put more snares down. i'll put grasping on the lod and the necro.

If im not mistaken this was on wiki about 3 months ago and it failed to get into there build directory.

Because you want your sins to go around casting siphon speed instead of attacking? Okay. That's a good gameplan, have your melee go around spreading hexes instead of meleeing.

And for covered hexes, that's why ANet invented deny hexes, expel hexes, and purge signet.

I'm just saying that monks who know what they're doing generally don't bother to remove those hexes all the time. it's a really good snare, and it can be kept up even if it's removed repeatedly. Besides, the monks in question would probably be more worried about the energy denial and pressure than the snares.

I wouldn't do that, because dagger is really useful for killing casters. a well timed dagger can stop a much needed signet of devotion, or a crippling anti-melee spell. "watch yourself!" only adds 10 or so armor, which isn't really needed with critical defenses blocking most of the attacks against you.

We're talking about barbs specifically sticking (or at least I was), and there's no way in hell that it will against any sort of a decent team. I'm just saying that it would probably be better to go full hex pressure or don't bother using minimal hexes (barbs) other than short-term ones (siphon).

Actually wiki already has some really bad builds there. If this build didn't even make it to be approved for wiki...it must be extra bad :P

On a more serious note, the sins are very prone to shutdown (which destroys the entire build), there is very little defense, and running is pretty weak, especially if you have the SoR running.

And who uses return on HA monks? You'll be out of energy before them...

I know that empathy pwns fearsins, but idk how to solve that problem.

LoD has been nerfed, good morning pal... replace it with the improved WoH or the good old ZB or heck even SoD, especially good as u dont seem to have wards.
your necro is useless cause your build doesnt have enough hexes
is your ranger a runner or dps? kinda weird build...
3 fear me sins, fine, but where would the dmg of the build come from?
